No, beds are non returnable and non refundable. Simmons does not offer a Comfort guarantee.
The bed may feel slightly different. Please remember the bed you slept on in the hotel is likely to have been in service for several months or years and has gone through the break in period. It will however be the same model and specification that is installed in the hotel.
You are responsible to measure the area leading to and inside the room where the bed will be placed. If it does not fit, you will be responsible for the cost to pick up and return the product to the factory and for re-shipping of a replacement. The returned product must be properly wrapped in its original packaging for return.
It is your responsibility to inspect the bed thoroughly before signing off the delivery acceptance. If the bed is soiled, damaged or is the wrong size refuse the delivery. The Delivery agent will return to Simmons for reconciliation.

Please allow approximately four (4) weeks for delivery from receipt of order.
Simmons contracts delivery service with local delivery companies. The Delivery Company will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Once your delivery appointment has been set your bed will be brought to your home, and placed in your room of choice. The Delivery agent will set up your bed and remove all the wrappings. If you miss your appointment time a fee may be levied to re-deliver. If you cannot make your scheduled delivery time please notify the Delivery Company as soon as possible.
If you are outside the local delivery area, additional freight charges may apply. We have shipping points located in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. There are also some areas of the country deemed isolated or remote, where the carrier may not be able to offer delivery and set up service, but rather drop off only. Our Customer Service team will contact the carrier and advise you if additional shipping charges are required, prior to shipping.
This service may or may not be available, depending on your location, carrier limitations and any local landfill regulations. When the Delivery Agent calls to make your delivery appointment speak with them to see if this service is offered in your area. If so, they will advise you of the charges. Simmons Canada assumes no responsibility for this service. Take away service is NOT included in the price of your bed.
Yes, the mattress alone can be purchased. You must be aware however, if you place the mattress on an existing foundation (box spring) or an unsuitable surface you will void the Warranty. Mattress only must be placed on a flat, solid surface.
No. All Simmons mattresses are Non-Flip. To maximize the durability of your mattress we only recommend you turn your mattress end to end, once a year.
A foundation is the name given to a rigid, non-flexing box spring. The EnduroTECHâ„¢ is the standard across the entire domestic product line and is the cornerstone of the Non-Flip design innovated by Simmons. The EnduroTECH foundation is available in 8.75" and 5.5" Low Profile. There is no difference in the performance, feel or durability, it simply comes down to what height of foundation works best for your application. If you want a Low Profile, indicate this in the Bed Size column on the order form, there is no extra charge for Low Profile.
Split Queen Foundation may be ordered if you live in an older home or apartment that may have narrow, low ceilings and or stairwells. It is available at a $70.00 up charge.
Headboards are not available. Frames are available and pricing is listed on the order form. Frames are shipped with Bedding only, they are not shipped or sold separately.
All applicable taxes will be applied to your order based on the province in which the mattress was purchased.
